APPROVAL OF SIN MAKES ONE GUILTY OF SIN

I've quoted the Berean Bible because it makes this part of Scripture very plain.
I want to focus on verse 32. Those that do the wickedness and evil are worthy of death, those that approve of wickedness and sin are just as guilty. You don't have to actually commit a sin to be guilty of the sin. But approval of sin makes you just as guilty.
Let's consider the stoning of Stephen. Acts 7.54-8.1 Saul of Tarsus may not have thrown a stone, but he consented or approved of the killing of Stephen, therefore he was just as guilty.
You and two other people are going to rob a bank. You are waiting in the get-a-way car. One of the other two shoot the guard. You did not shoot the guard, you might not even have known one of the partners had a gun, but under the law you are just as guilty of shooting that guard.
Suppose you are in California, and your cousin calls you and tells about a very rotten person. He says he's going to kill him. You say, "sounds like a guy who needs to die." There you go, you just approved of and consented to murder. By law, that's called conspiracy to commit. So, you don't actually have to do a crime to be guilty of it.
The same is true in politics. You vote for AB, you support AB when in office. What AB does, you are responsible for. When you approve AB violating God's law, you are jsut as guilty.
Let's consider Donald Trump's immigration policies. They violate God's law, and if you approve of what he is doing , you are as guilty of that sin as he is. Scripture teaches to be hospitable to strangers and foreigners, and to love our enemies. Donald Trump consistantly violates this principle of God's Word. If you approve of what he does, you are just as guilty.
Whatever sin you approve of you are guilty of that sin.
